Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a personable and enthusiastic Lodge Anchor for a luxury 5-star lodge based in Hluhluwe KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for hospitality and guest experience to join a high-end safari environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a warm personality and a hands-on approach to lodge operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with front-of-house duties ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner maintaining high service standards
- Support various departments where required demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
- Ensure the lodge maintains its 5-star standards in presentation and service delivery
- Assist with the care of the owners dogs when required
Requirements:
- Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
- Well-presented with a professional appearance
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- Valid drivers licence is required
- Must be comfortable with and fond of dogs (non-negotiable)
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
Package & Benefits:
- Salary of R7500 R8500 depending on experience
- 3 weeks on 1 week off work cycle
- Live-in position including meals Wi-Fi transport laundry and uniforms
