Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
Hospitality qualification preferred
Minimum 2 years management experience
Extensive wine beverage and food knowledge
Proven experience managing a dining venue serving up to 150 guests
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing a team of approximately 35 waiters
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong guest service focus and training ability
Willingness to work flexible and late shifts
