Reservationist / Back-Up Therapist Luxury Hotel Cape Town

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and versatile Reservationist / Back-Up Therapist for a luxury hotel in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a well-rounded candidate who is passionate about guest service highly organised and able to support both reservations and spa operations when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reservation enquiries via phone email and booking platforms with professionalism

Handle bookings from enquiry through to confirmation ensuring accuracy at all times

Provide exceptional guest service and maintain strong client relationships

Step in as a back-up therapist when required delivering high-quality treatments

Coordinate schedules and assist with spa bookings and availability

Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties

Support overall hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

Relevant spa or beauty therapy qualification

Previous experience in reservations and spa environment preferred

Computer literate with knowledge of booking systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional well-presented and guest-focused

Flexible and adaptable with the ability to multitask
