Duties & Responsibilities
uD83DuDC68uD83DuDCBB What Youll Be Building:
- Youll be creating the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our platforms running smoothly:
- Design develop test deploy and maintain scalable back-end services
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven solutions
- Develop cloud-native applications running on AWS and Kubernetes
- Contribute to microservices domain-driven and event-driven architectures
uD83CuDFAF The Essentials:
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate / NCV)
- 6 years of back-end software development experience
- Proven experience building and supporting production-grade systems
- Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Cloud platform experience (AWS is a bonus!)
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Exposure to Docker containers and Kubernetes
Nice to Have
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering or similar
