Spa Manager Greater Kruger Luxury Safari Lodge

This role is ideal for a passionate wellness professional with strong spa management experience excellent guest service skills and the ability to maintain high luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full daily operation of the spa
  
• Ensure exceptional guest wellness experiences and service standards
  
• Manage spa therapists schedules and daily operations
  
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness presentation and professionalism
  
• Handle spa bookings guest consultations and treatment coordination
  
• Manage stock control product ordering and retail displays
  
• Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are well maintained
  
• Support staff training and performance management
  
• Maintain accurate administration and reporting processes
  

Requirements:

• Formal spa or beauty qualification essential
  
• Previous spa management experience essential
  
• Experience within luxury hospitality or safari lodge environments advantageous
  
• Strong leadership and guest relations skills
  
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  
• Professional appearance and communication skills
  
• Passion for wellness and service excellence
  
• Ability to work in a remote live-in environment
