FINANCE MANAGER (PROPERTY exp) - ZAR 1 MILLION pa - MILNERTON CPT
This industry leading group has a phenomenal opportunity for a hands-on Financial Manager to step into a leadership role where precision control and operational excellence are everything. Youll take full responsibility for the finance function lead a well-established team 10 -12 and manage significant funds across a multi-entity asset-backed environment.
You will operate close to the business ensuring everything runs on time accurately and with absolute control while also contributing to reporting compliance and strategic decision-making at senior level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance team ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
Own the full month-end process including management accounts and reporting
Review and sign off on reconciliations VAT submissions and key financial outputs
Oversee billing debit orders receipting and fund allocations
Manage owner payments across multiple portfolios within strict timelines
Authorise EFT payments and maintain strong banking and compliance controls
Act as systems lead across finance platforms
Prepare audit files and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
