What youll drive:
Centre Performance & Tenant Experience
You build strong relationships with tenants stay close to their performance and ensure the centre operates at a high standard every day.
Operations That Run Properly
You take control of security cleaning maintenance and contractors ensuring the asset is consistently well maintained and professionally run.
Leasing & Occupancy
You play an active role in leasing negotiations and reducing vacancies while strengthening the tenant mix.
Financial Control
You manage budgets track income and expenses monitor arrears and report clearly to landlords with insight not just numbers.
Marketing That Drives Footfall
You coordinate campaigns and work with marketing partners to keep the centre active relevant and commercially effective.
Requirements
Who this suits:
- Youve managed a retail or commercial property and understand how centres actually operate
- Matric and Business Administration qualification or similar preferred
- Youre comfortable balancing people operations and numbers
- Youre confident engaging tenants contractors and landlords
- You take initiative and dont wait to be told what to fix
- You enjoy being on-site and in control of a live environment
- Clear criminal record
