Senior Sales Admin ( Operation)
Job Summary
Role Overview:
This role is to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Sales Department. Ideally for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both routine and dynamic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Sales with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations tender documents company profiles and proposals.
Coordinate internal and external meetings including venue bookings preparation of materials minute-taking and follow-up tasks.
Manage travel arrangements for the sales team including bookings for flights accommodation and offsite events.
Respond to customer inquiries and maintain ongoing email correspondence to support business continuity.
Liaise within the sales team to streamline communication and improve workflow efficiency.
Monitor and track sales targets; assist in preparing monthly sales reports and other ad-hoc analytical tasks.
Support the submission of expense claims and manage customer feedback documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration Secretarial Studies or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales support or administrative roles.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of organization attention to detail and a responsible work ethic.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8am - 5.30pm
