Job Summary
- Preparing reviewing and drafting court documents.
- Attending Court for case managements mediation Hearings Trials etc.
- Attending to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.
- Based in KL or Penang
- Experience in medical negligencecases and insurance-related disputes
Requirements
- Possess at least 5 years PQE with civil litigation experience.
- Added advantage for candidates with experience in handling appellate Court matters.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and qualified to practice law.
- Good interpersonal communication and management skills with high level of integrity.
- Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work as a team player in a fast paced environment.
Required Skills:
