Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for BESS products in the assigned region
  • Identify and onboard channel partners EPCs system integrators and distributors
  • Generate leads and convert opportunities into profitable business deals
  • Conduct client meetings product presentations and site visits
  • Build relationships with commercial & industrial (C&I) institutional and government clients
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts


Requirements


Key Requirements


  • 37 years of experience in solar energy storage power solutions or related industry
  • Strong understanding of BESS solar systems inverters or power backup solutions
  • Proven track record in B2B / project sales
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
