Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for BESS products in the assigned region
- Identify and onboard channel partners EPCs system integrators and distributors
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into profitable business deals
- Conduct client meetings product presentations and site visits
- Build relationships with commercial & industrial (C&I) institutional and government clients
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
Key Requirements
- 37 years of experience in solar energy storage power solutions or related industry
- Strong understanding of BESS solar systems inverters or power backup solutions
- Proven track record in B2B / project sales
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Required Education:
