Role Overview
Inspiria Knowledge Campus is looking for a creative energetic and data-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As the voice of our campus online you will be responsible for creating "scroll-stopping" content that resonates with students parents and academic partners. Your goal is to build a vibrant digital community enhance brand awareness and support student admissions through strategic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Facebook and YouTube. Focus on Short-form Video (Reels/Shorts) to showcase campus life.
Campus Storytelling: Collaborate with students and faculty to capture authentic "Day in the Life" style content events and success stories.
Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional brand voice.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of Gen-Z trends memes and platform updates to keep Inspirias presence relevant and fresh.
Performance Tracking: Use Social Media Analytics to monitor reach engagement and conversion rates. Provide weekly reports to the Marketing Head.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and video production teams to ensure high-quality visual output that aligns with our brand guidelines.
Ad Campaign Support: Assist the performance marketing team with creative inputs for paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Mass Communication Journalism or a related field.
Experience: 13 years of experience in social media management (Agency or Education sector experience is a plus).
Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels LinkedIn professional branding and YouTube SEO.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva CapCut/Adobe Premiere Rush and social media scheduling tools (e.g. Zoho Social Buffer or Hootsuite).
Copywriting: Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to write catchy captions and engaging hooks.
Soft Skills: High energy "people person" attitude and the ability to direct students on camera.
