Job Summary
Job Reponsibilities:
1. Prepare and deliver clear data-driven reports and presentations to the MD and other key stakeholders.
2. Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the MD as required. Support high level executives and management by providing administrative support including scheduling writing correspondence emailing handling visitors routing callers answering questions and requests.
3. Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments board meetings conferences etc.
4. Attend meetings and keep minutes
5. Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
6. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail letters packages etc.)
7. Make travel arrangements for executives
8. Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure.
9. Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping for flight travel booking at optimum cost.
10. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
