Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Operate solar cell stringing machines efficiently
Solder and interconnect solar cells as per design specifications
Perform visual inspection of cells for defects (cracks chips etc.)
Maintain alignment and spacing of solar cells
Ensure adherence to production targets and timelines
Record production data and report daily output
Follow safety and quality standards at all times
Coordinate with quality and production teams

Requirements

Skills & Requirements:

ITI / Diploma (Electrical Electronics or related field preferred)
Basic knowledge of solar panel manufacturing (preferred)
Attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Required Skills:

Sales/ Marketing/ field Sales/ Dealer and Distributor handling

Required Education:

ITI / Graduation
