CNC Operator:
We are looking for a CNC Operator with a minimum of 3 years experience to operate a Thermwood 3-axis router. The successful candidate will be required to set-up cut and label materials according to the production schedule. The operator will be expected to monitor quality effectively communicate and troubleshoot processes.
We are looking for a CNC Operator with a minimum of 3 years experience to operate a Thermwood 3-axis router. The successful candidate will be required to set-up cut and label materials according to the production schedule. The operator will be expected to monitor quality effectively communicate and troubleshoot processes.
Requirements:
- Ability to machine all types of materials (aluminum mdf plywood plastics)
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and measuring devices
- Ability to perform quality checks on product
- Proficient in CNC Machine operations: vacuum pumps dust collection machine interfaces monitoring tracking and labeling cut lists
- Ability to organize label and monitor inventory levels
- Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic to work independently to meet deadlines
- Comply with all applicable OSHA EPA local regulatory laws and company safety policies
Applicants must have a good work ethic and be willing to occasionally work overtime. 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday. Some weekends may be worked if overtime is needed. Fluent in English and Spanish would be a plus!
