Event Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and event specifications
• Assist with food preparation portioning and plating for events of varying sizes
• Ensure all food meets company standards for quality presentation and consistency
• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary work environment at all times
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and supplies for off-site events
• Collaborate with chefs servers and event staff to ensure smooth event execution
• Adapt quickly to changing event needs and timelines
• Demonstrate knowledge of charcuterie boards including a variety of deli meats and cheeses
• Assist with basic pastry and dessert preparation

• Previous experience in a kitchen catering or event-based culinary role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule and work night shifts

• Competitive compensation ($21.00 - $24.00) DOE
