• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate key Centers of Influence (COIs) specifically local insurance agencies and large-scale property management firms.
• Plumbing Referral Program: Build and manage a network of plumbing contractors to become their primary first responder for water damage leads.
• Relationship Management: Maintain a consistent presence at industry events and trade shows to keep our brand top-of-mind.
• The Close: Educate partners on our restoration process and secure the first right of refusal on all emergency claims.
• Accountability: Utilize CRM software daily to track outreach efforts lead conversion and project status.

• Experience: 3 years of outside sales experience ideally in restoration construction or insurance.
• The Closer Mindset: Demonstrated ability to turn a no into a partnership through persistence and value-based selling.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Xactimate or restoration project lifecycles is a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; must be comfortable talking in front of a group of decision makers.
