Job Summary:
The NetSuite Administrator leads performance and optimization initiatives across the organization partnering closely with Finance Accounting and cross-functional teams to support scalable secure and user-friendly system solutions. This roleis responsible fordeveloping system architecturedesigningand implementing integrations andestablishingcorporate standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in NetSuite usage. The position compiles and communicates complex technical concepts publishes andmaintainsprocesses aligned with NetSuite best practices and resolves advanced business system challenges. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership analytical and communication skills along with hands-on experience managing business processes accounting practices and system enhancements to improve organizational performance.

Responsibilitiesand Duties:

• Workcloselywithcross-functionalteamstoleadNetSuiteperformanceinitiativesand serve the needs of the organization.

• PartneringwithyourpeersintheFinance&Accountingteamsparticipatewiththe Finance & Accounting roadmap that balances needs for scale a high bar for user experience and the security of the company

• Effectivelycompileorganizeandconveycomplextechnologyconceptsfrominteraction with cross-functional teams.

• Developacleararchitectureacrossmultiplesystemsdesignandimplementnewsystems and integrations all while creating the best possible user experiences for employees.

• Developanddocumentthestandardstobeusedcorporatewidetoensureconsistencyand accuracy of NetSuite implementation.

• Publishmaintainandmodifyprocessesandprocedurestoensureconsistencyandobjectivesare achieved using NetSuite best practices.

RequiredQualificationsandSkills:

• OracleNetSuiteAdministratorandtheSuiteFoundationCertificatesaremandatory.

• Minimumof3yearsof NetSuiteleadershipexperience.

• Proficiencywithcomputerizedsystemsandsoftwareisrequired.

• Superb interpersonal skills arerequired. Must have excellent oral and written Manufacturing Design and Project Management teams.

• Abilitytounderstandandmanagestandardbusinessprocessesaccountingpractices advancedfeaturesand the overall capabilities of NetSuite andpossessthe ability to implement in NetSuite to increase performance of the organization.

• ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeprinciplesandsoftware.

• UnderstandingofInternetfundamentalsandprinciples

• Ability to analyze and synthesize data to understand all manner of issues and develop communication to convey to customers.

• Motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills.

• Ability to understand and resolve complex business system issues in a graceful manner.

• Ability to analyze synthesize and convey complex issues and present solutions in a succinct written format. Ability to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnishedin written oral diagram or schedule form.

• 4-year degree in EngineeringBusinessor an equivalent related area
