What youll own

• Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios based on user stories business requirements and system solutions.

• Identify document track and troubleshoot bugs ensuring timely resolution and conducting regression testing.

• Support and maintain quality across two NetSuite environments including post-release and post-implementation validation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to validate requirements enhancements and system functionality.

• Create detailed QA and UAT documentation while monitoring testing progress and continuously improving test processes.

What youll bring

• 5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM and strong knowledge of workflows saved searches reports dashboards and permissions.

• Proven experience as a QA tester with strong understanding of QA methodologies and test scenario development.

• Ability to analyze requirements troubleshoot issues and document defects with strong attention to detail.

• Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and across teams.

Its a bonus if you have

• Bachelors degree in a related field.

• NetSuite certifications or experience with SuiteBilling and/or WMS.

• Experience working in an Agile software development organization.
