Work Hours (Client) : 11am to 8pm PT
Pay Range : $1000 - $1500 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Company/Client Overview:
Were looking for an energetic and people-first Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success this role youll be the first face our new customers see after signing up guiding them through setup answering questions and making sure they get genuine value from our calendar scheduling tool from day one. If you love working directly with people and find satisfaction in helping others succeed this role is for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging 1:1 and group onboarding sessions via video call helping new customers get up and running with confidence.
- Build rapport quickly with customers across a range of industries and technical backgrounds.
- Develop and refine onboarding materials guides and walkthroughs in collaboration with the team.
- Track customer progress and proactively follow up to ensure a smooth transition to independent product use.
- Serve as the bridge between new users and our broader Customer Success and Product teams surfacing feedback and common pain points.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and customer health.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 2 years of related experience
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success account management sales or support.
- Naturally outgoing personality with an ability to bring warmth enthusiasm and positive energy to every customer interaction you make people feel welcome and at ease.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a knack for explaining technical concepts in simple approachable terms.
- Comfort with video conferencing tools and a confident engaging on-camera presence (zoom google meet microsoft teams).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding tracks simultaneously.
- Empathy-driven mindset you genuinely care about customer outcomes and go out of your way to make sure they succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS products scheduling software or productivity tools.
- Experience creating onboarding content such as help articles video tutorials or training decks is a plus.
- A background in training teaching or instructional design is a plus.
