Senior Executive AssistantPride Health is hiring a Senior Executive Assistant for one of its clients in North is a 13-week contract with the possibility of expansion with competitive pay and have some flexibility for a hybrid schedule (remote day once a week).Location Greensboro NC - 27401 Pay range - $28- $32 per hour on W2. Length of assignment 13 weeks of contract (possibility to extend)Shift Mon to Fri - 8 AM 5 PM. Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant Senior supports an individual executive or a small number of executives in their day-to-day activities. This job works across lines of business and with various departments to ensure needs are met for assigned executives including assistance with team communication travel plans expense reports and all other requests by executive DutiesSchedules meetings and calls for executives along with assisting with agendas and material gathering as leadership team calendars are up-to-date and meetings are scheduled out executive communications on behalf of leadership team if between executives and internal departments ensuring effective communication and cohesion within the office travel arrangements for expense reports for leadership and direct reports ensuring compliance with company travel policies and other expense-related policies and information for use in conferences speeches and reports as requested by the other duties as : Associate Degree in Business Office Management or similar. ExperienceRequired: 7 years experience in executive-level administrative support. Proficiency in Microsoft in Workday.
