As our Philippines based Payroll & Benefits Specialist youll be a vital part of B Consultings HR operations and a trusted partner in our client engagements ensuring seamless payroll processing and benefits administration. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment is highly organized and can pivot quickly when new challenges arise. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who is eager to take ownership of projects and contribute to continuous process improvements. Experience with startups and cloud-based HR/payroll platforms is a major plus as we seek someone who can navigate modern HR systems with confidence. What Youll Do:
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Manage U.S. & international payrolls including regular processing one-off payments and compliance.
- Maintain payroll tracker and review payroll invoices for accuracy.
- Handle payroll tax registration with U.S. state tax agencies.
- Administer PEO/payroll systems and benefits plans ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
- Support new hire benefits enrollments.
- Serve as the go-to resource for payroll benefits and administrative questions.
- Assist with terminations COBRA administration and final payments.
HR Support & Compliance:
- Prepare reports and submit data to government agencies as needed.
- Assist in HR recordkeeping for clients.
- Take on special projects to drive efficiency and improve HR operations.
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in US company payroll and benefits.
- Experience working with small to midsize companies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and PEO models.
- Experience with startup tech stack (Gusto Justworks Rippling Deel etc.)
