Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Atlantic City NJ and surrounding SJ Region
$80000$86000 base bonus eligible
Full-time (exempt) & Part-time (non-exempt) roles available!
Were looking for a BCBA who wants to do meaningful clinical work while being part of a supportive collaborative team.
In this role youll work across school and/or clinical settings conducting assessments developing behavior plans and partnering closely with educators families and your clinical team. Youll also supervise ABA staff and help guide effective research-based interventions that make a real impact on the children we serve.
To be successful youll need your active BCBA Certification and NJ LBA License along with experience working with children on the autism spectrum. Strong communication skills comfort leading others and experience with assessments like VB-MAPP ABLLS-R or AFLS are important here.
The base salary range for this role is $80000$86000 with additional bonus opportunities tied to performance. Final compensation may vary based on experience clinical competencies and productivity. Were open to part-time schedules as well with adjusted compensation.
