In this role you will be the first point of contact for HRsupporting onboarding maintaining records coordinating events and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will gain exposure to core HR functions build systems expertise and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a collaborative mission-driven environment.

The hiring range for the position is $47.4k -$53.6k (annualized will be paid hourly).
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
13 years of relevant administrative HR customer service or operations experience (higher education or complex organizations preferred).
Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize competing demands.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; HRIS experience (e.g. Workday) preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to develop proficiency in successfully using University systems for ordering purchasing and bill payment (e.g. Coupa or similar system.)
Demonstrated ability to work with campus partners in managing logistics and technology set-up for various meetings.
