What Youll Do:
- Be the first point of contact providing calm empathetic support
- Deliver clear guidance and reassurance to customers
- Accurately record and manage customer information
- Handle enquiries transactions and appointments efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes
- Maintain high standards of accuracy compliance and record-keeping
- Support continuous improvement and team collaboration
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport
- Confidence handling sensitive or challenging situations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable using systems such as Microsoft Office and Outlook
- A proactive team-oriented approach
