ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnering with Teamsfrom TrainingNeeds Analysis toCustomizedTraining
Work closely withbusiness leaders HR and subject matter expertstolead training need assessmentsdesignand deliver team- and function-specific training.
Use your design skills to tailor existing content tomeet the unique needs ofdifferent groupswithin BraunIntertec.
Bea trusted learningpartnerhelping teams build skills and solve challengesthroughtargeted training solutions.
Delivering Engaging Learning Experiences
Coordinatefacilitateanddeliverkey training programsacross multiple formats (in-person virtual eLearning video etc.).
Lead sessions forNew Employee Onboarding New Supervisor Training DISC workshops and team learningexperiences.
Adapt delivery styles to engage a variety of learners and learning preferences.
Partner to manage Learning Systemdata & information along with key leader resources.
Keeping Training Relevant & Impactful
Regularly& consistentlygathermeaningfulfeedbackfrom learners managers and stakeholders to continuously refine and improve training content.
Utilize data and collaboration to ensure programsevolve alongside the organization making sure learning stays alignedwithbusiness needs and industry trends.
Helpmaintainand update learning materialsandrecordsto keep contentfresh engaging and effective.
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Experience inutilizingtraining needs assessment tools to ensure impactful learning solutions.
Experience infacilitatingtrainingand delivering learning experiences thatmakean impact.
Someexperience in creating effective e-learningmodules
ExperienceinLearning & Development HR or a related field(youdontneed to be a lifelong L&D pro but you should be passionate about learningand continuous improvement).
Strong communicationand collaboration skillsyou enjoy working with teams and helping people grow.
Acontinuous improvement mindsetyou like to adapt and refine learning experiences to make them better over time.
A knack for making learningengaging interactive and effectivewhetheritsthrough a presentation workshop or digital format.
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:
EducationCollege degreeor equivalentexperience
Experience and/or TrainingOne to two years related experience
Licenses/CertificatesDrivers license
Technology/EquipmentMicrosoft OfficePreviousLMS experience
Compensation Range:
