Job Summary

Support/Administrative Representative

Primary objective is to support our sales team and has direct impact on future revenue.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager.

Provide consistent timely & accurate information to our agents within a CRM tool
Assist with sales orientated tasks
Adhere to companys attendance policy.
Handle operational details
Work as liaison for our Sales Team
Interact with all necessary departments
General administrative duties

Excel in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines.
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Dependable with strong follow through skills.
Ability to navigate and evaluate situations with the companys best interests in mind.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good data entry and keyboard skills.

Experience and Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service/relationship building experience
Proficient with Excel

Compensation: $30000.00 - $37000.00 per year
