- Work closely with Transaction and Listing Coordinators to manage the details of each deal allowing you to focus on client relationships.

- Participate in one-on-one coaching and live training sessions to continuously improve your skills and scale your business.
- Utilize our full tech suite including CRM and automation tools to manage leads efficiently and streamline your workflow.
- Contribute to our collaborative high-energy team culture by sharing insights and supporting fellow team members in achieving their goals.
- Participate in team-building exercises designed to heighten your skills and awareness with role-play situations.
- Active Florida Real Estate License is required to work with clients and successfully close transactions.
- Demonstrated success in real estate sales with a strong ability to guide clients through the buying process from start to finish.
- Collaborates well with Inside Sales Transaction Coordination and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and closing deals successfully.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and automation tools to effectively manage leads and optimize workflow.
- Eagerness to participate in coaching and training sessions for continuous skill improvement and business scaling.
