We are looking for a dependable upbeat and customer-focused Automotive Scheduler to help support our service department. If you enjoy helping people staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same this could be a great fit.

What Youll Do

As an Automotive Scheduler you will be one of the first points of contact for our service customers. Your role is to create a smooth professional and welcoming experience by helping customers schedule service appointments and get connected to the right resources.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule service appointments for maintenance repairs recalls and recommended services
• Make outbound follow-up calls to support customer retention and appointment setting
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone email and web inquiries
• Provide basic service information and direct customers to the appropriate department when needed
• Accurately document customer communication in CRM and dealership systems
• Work closely with teammates service staff and management to support a seamless customer experience
• Participate in team meetings coaching and process improvement efforts

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for much of the day
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent multitasking organization and time management skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Dependable professional and eager to learn

Preferred Experience

• Call center experience
• Scheduling or appointment-setting experience
• Automotive or dealership experience

Pay: $17.00$21.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
