Commercial Services Coordinator ($50000-$57000 per annum)
The Commercial Services Coordinator will assist the Complex Director of Commercial Services and the Sales and Events Managers with administrative duties related to Sales and Catering/Events clients. This includes customer service lead distribution and contract management. This is an entry level position in Commercial Services (Sales and Events) with opportunities for growth and development.
What will I be doing
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Understand fully the hotel amenities packages and promotions
- Work with the Manager to produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients
- Produce accurate and timely reports and documents
- Administrative duties such as processing mail corresponding answering telephones general office duties
- Timely communication with internal and external guests/clients
- Inputting program bookings
- Managing VIP guest arrangements
- Creating and communicating documents including but not limited to BEOs group resumes contracts menus diagrams/floor plans expense reports
- Other projects and duties as required
