Change Specialist (12 Month Contract)

The Change Specialist (12 Month Contract) will play a key role in supporting Holt Renfrews Purchase Experience Project a transformational initiative focused on reshaping how our customers complete their purchases both in-store and online. This includes enabling the rollout of new systems tools and processes that will modernize the purchase journey and deliver a seamless unified experience across all channels.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Support the planning and execution of change management activities for the Purchase Experience Project and other key enterprise initiatives:
Assist in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to drive adoption and minimize resistance
Support change impact and readiness assessments to identify gaps and areas for targeted support
Coordinate with the Learning and Development team on training curriculums materials and logistics prior to rollouts
Support the delivery of in-person / virtual instructor-led training
Develop and deliver communication materials such as a Case for Change key messaging FAQs etc. to support engagement
Track and report on change management activities adoption metrics and feedback from business partners
Provide coordination and logistical support for change-related activities and workshops
Work under the direction of Manager Futures Change on ad-hoc requests
Build and maintain strong relationships with store and corporate partners to ensure consistent understanding and adoption of new ways of working
Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management tools templates and processes
The ideal candidate:
Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience (e.g. Change Management Communications Business/Management Project Management)
23 years of post-university work experience in change management project coordination or communications
Familiarity with change management principles methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a collaborative environment
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
French language proficiency is an asset but not a requirement
Experience in retail or service-oriented environments is an asset

Contribution to successful delivery of project outcomes (e.g. adoption rates training effectiveness communication engagement)
Timely and high-quality completion of assigned deliverables

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à lembauche :$70000.00 - $85000.00 / 70.00000$ - 85.00000$ (per year / par an)Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidates unique skills expertise individual qualifications and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
