Leadership Development & Client Engagement Specialist (Remote)

About the Opportunity

Creating Brighter Futures operates within the professional development and leadership education sector providing structured online learning programs focused on leadership capability communication skills professional effectiveness and lifelong learning.


We are currently seeking experienced professionals to support participant engagement and communication activities in a remote independent contractor capacity.
This opportunity may suit individuals with strong communication relationship management and organizational skills who are comfortable working within established systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities

Participant Communication

Communicate professionally with individuals who have expressed interest in leadership and professional development programs. Provide information regarding program pathways and respond to general enquiries using established communication guidelines.


Engagement Support

Support participant engagement through timely communication follow-up activities and adherence to approved processes and procedures.


Systems & Administration

Utilize CRM platforms video conferencing software email and other approved digital tools to manage workflow maintain accurate records and support day-to-day operational activities.


Training & Development

Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities related to communication leadership development and specific processes.


Professional Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive professional relationships while adhering to established standards policies and communication practices.
