Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity

The Senior Director Product Management DSP User Experience is responsible for the vision strategy and execution of Nexxens DSP user interface and its external API ecosystem. This leader will shape nextgeneration enterprisegrade workflows that leverage AI streamline complex tasks and elevate the customer experience.

This role will be based in the New York office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in the office three days a week and remotely for the rest.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

What Youll Do:

• Define the UX and workflow strategy for Nexxens DSP.

• Champion a forwardlooking product vision that uses AI to improve usability and automation.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers designers and documentation specialists.

• Own both the DSP platforms UI and its external APIs.

• Work closely with Engineering to build customer-facing applications and APIs.

• Partner with the Performance & Bidding Product Team to align UI/UX with optimization capabilities.

• Ensure highquality documentation onboarding materials and developer guides.

What Youll Bring:

• 10 years of product management experience in enterprise or adtech systems.

• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP workflows.

• Expertise in UX principles and leading product/design teams.

• Passion for AIs impact on enterprise software.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with largescale data platforms or programmatic technologies.

• Familiarity with MLdriven optimization environments.

• Background in B2B SaaS.

In support of pay transparency and equity the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $200000 - 240000 the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience education certifications responsibility and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
