Schedule: Shifts Vary Monday-Friday 7am-6pm Occasional Saturdays 7:30am-5pm
Pay: Commission $40000 earning potential

Our Chapman Volkswagen of Scottsdale location in Scottsdale AZ is currently seeking a Parts Counter Associate who will support both retail customers and service technicians by accurately sourcing pricing and distributing automotive this role you will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy ensuring timely parts availability and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized detail-oriented and enjoys working with both people and automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts and accessory purchases
• Provide accurate pricing availability and product information in person and over the phone
• Process parts orders and coordinate with vendors to track order status and delivery timelines
• Receive inspect verify and properly store incoming parts shipments
• Accurately record inventory transactions and maintain updated parts records
• Pull stage and prepare parts for technicians customer pickup or shipment
• Maintain organized shipping receiving and inventory documentation
• Support cleanliness and organization of the parts counter warehouse and retail displays
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional parts and accessories based on customer needs

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts counter experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic software systems (Microsoft Office inventory tools)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Valid Arizona drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
