PTC islooking for an ambitiousRegional Directorof CADSales in the Americas to lead the sales of PTCs industry leadingComputer-Aided Design (CAD) softwareand continue ourtrack recordof double-digit growth.

The right candidate willbe responsible forbuilding and leading a world-class sales team developingtop-tiertalentexecutingvalue-basedexpansion plays partnering with the field selling ecosystem product management marketing inside sales and other functional organizations to drive new ACV bookings within the US.

The right candidate is truly passionate about PTC the CAD businesshasa proven track record ofvalue-based sellingsuccesshas experience quarterbacking deals his/herself including prospecting qualifying maturingand negotiating deals and now would like to drive that sales excellence with one of PTCs most important businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensiveAmericasCAD sales strategy aligned with company goals andobjectivesto drivedouble digitrevenue growth and market expansion.

  • Recruit train mentor and motivate a team of CAD sales professionals ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Analyze market trendsidentifynew business opportunities andoptimizesales territories foroptimalcoverage.

  • Cultivate andmaintainrelationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction retention andidentifyingupsell/cross-sell opportunities.

  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer needs to adjust sales strategies andmaintaina competitive advantage.

  • Drive New ACV Growth and pipeline creation according to plan and manage all KPIs (i.e.New ACV New bookings by driver churnetc) according to RD MOR.

  • Enable sales team with Field Academy training Mastering the Customer Conversation Skills and other techniques to buildteamsproduct knowledge sales techniques and overall effectiveness.

  • Work closely withregional sales leadership inside salesmarketing product management and customer support teams to drive effective go-to-market strategies and ensure customer success.

  • Manage andallocateregional sales budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Conduct weekly forecast reviews weekly to track and drive maturation of existing opportunities and encourageadditionalopportunities

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Leadershipskills with the abilitytoinspire a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Understanding ofthe CAD industrycore solutions main competitors and disruptive/emergingtechnologies.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive data-based decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and cultivate successful customer relationships.

  • Proficiencyin usingSFDCCRM Qlik analytics tools and ClariForecast Managementsoftware and other sales-related tools.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

  • Creative collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectivelyacross various territories and regions in North America.

Experience/ Min Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing ora relatedfield.

  • Minimum of5years of experience in CAD sales.

  • Proventrack recordof achieving and exceedingannualsales targets andobjectives.

  • Demonstrated success in managing a high-performing sales team.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build andmaintainstrong relationships withcolleagues andcustomers.

  • Ability to travel withinthe USas needed.

PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $250000 - $275000. The anticipated annual salary range encompasses both the base salary and the on-target incentive compensation that may be attained in this role. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.

Actual compensation may vary based on a candidates skills qualifications experience and location. Eligible employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs. Employees may be eligible for medical dental and vision insurance paid time off and sick leave tuition reimbursement 401(k) contributions and employer match flexible spending accounts life insurance disability coverage and if you are an office-assigned employee a generous commuter subsidy.
