• Base Salary: $85K - $120K (negotiable)plusuncapped commissions

About the Role:

We are looking for hungry driven individuals who show initiative are team players and are quick learners. Our team of elite Property Specialists are a big driving force of our company. Their primary function is to speak to warm prospects that are pre-qualified and scheduled into their calendars by our appointment-setting team and then close them on a membership fee.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Embody company values
• Support and grow the team culture
• Hit KPIs for the number of newly joined members per month
• Manage a pipeline of prospects over a short and long-term period constantly following them up to help them move forward with membership
• Generate new prospects from referrals
• Proactively find improved ways to achieve higher success for yourself and the team

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in sales(Property Finance or Mortgage Broking preferredbutopentoallelitesalestalent)
• ComfortablebeingonZoomfor45sessionsperday
• willingtoundergoandpassapolicecheckbackgroundcheckandsocialmediacheckasaconditionofemployment
