About The Company

Our client is a specialist in window and door installations delivering a complete end-to-end service from initial consultation through to installation and post-install support. Customers work with one dedicated consultant throughout the entire process ensuring a seamless experience.

They are known for their high standards of workmanship and professional service. Their skilled installation teams come from carpentry and building backgrounds with all work completed in line with BCA requirements including glazing fall prevention pool compliance and bushfire regulations.

About The Opportunity

• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure jobs stay on track
• Attend site visits for toolbox meetings material drop-offs and installation support
• Oversee job completion compliance requirements and final invoicing through Ascora
• Manage communication with customers and suppliers including payments and delivery coordination
• Schedule jobs (minimum 25 labour days per week) and coordinate installers materials and timelines

About You

• Knowledge of OH&S requirements and site processes
• Hands-on attitude with willingness to support installers on site
• Proven ability to problem solve and keep jobs running smoothly
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in scheduling or coordination within trades construction or building environments
