Where You Will Work:
Atrium Health Endocrinology Pineville and Steele Creek deliver comprehensive patientcentered care for patients managing endocrine conditions such asdiabetes (Type 1 & Type 2) thyroid disorders Hashimotos disease Graves disease adrenal disorders pituitary conditions metabolic syndrome osteoporosis polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and other hormonerelated diseases.
Were Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience is preferred.
Prior ambulatory and surgical experience preferred
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred. Must have or complete MSN if undergraduate degree is not BSN. Enrollment in MSN program within 1 year of hire/transfer date and graduation of MSN program required within 5 years of hire
What Youll Do:
Monday Friday 8:00a -5:00p.
TheNurse Manageroversees allRN and CMA clinical teamsacross both locations ensuring safe efficient and evidencebased care delivery for this specialized patient population.
This role collaborates closely with theSenior Practice Managerto align clinical operations with organizational goals optimize staffing and workflows drive quality and safety initiatives and enhance both patient experience and teammate engagement. Together they support highperformance clinical operations and consistent delivery of exceptional endocrinology care.
