Position Summary
As a Caregiver you will deliver compassionate personal care and homemaking services in accordance with each clients individualized Plan of Care. Working under the guidance of the Staffing Coordinator you will play a vital role in promoting safety comfort and overall well-being.

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience in home care long-term care or a similar healthcare setting
- A compassionate dependable and patient-centered mindset
- Strong communication and observation skills
What Youll Do
Create a Clean & Safe Home Environment
- Perform light housekeeping (bathrooms bedrooms living areas)
- Assist with laundry dishes and general tidying
- Maintain a safe comfortable and organized living space
Provide Personal Care & Daily Living Support
- Assist with hygiene grooming dressing shaving and transfers
- Support mobility ambulation and prescribed exercise routines
- Help with eating and other daily living activities
Support Nutrition & Meal Preparation
- Prepare and serve balanced meals
- Assist with feeding when needed
- Ensure dietary needs are followed according to the care plan
Monitor Health & Well-Being
- Observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition
- Document personal care activities vital signs and intake/output as required
- Communicate important updates to the Staffing Coordinator
Promote Safe Mobility
- Assist with walkers wheelchairs and hoyer lifts
- Encourage participation in range-of-motion and prescribed exercises
- Support family members in safe caregiving practices
Infection Control & Compliance
- Follow CDC hand hygiene and infection control guidelines
- Adhere to company policies procedures and training standards
Work Schedule
- Flexible shifts available 24/7 based on client needs and your availability
- Hours vary by assignment
- While we strive to provide consistent scheduling a fixed number of hours cannot be guaranteed
