What Youll Do
- Maintain medication storage areas in a safe clean and organized manner.
- Administer oral topical and other medications as prescribed by healthcare providers following agency and state guidelines.
- Accurately document medication administration in client records.
- Observe and report any side effects changes in condition or concerns to the supervising nurse promptly.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed (e.g. hygiene grooming mobility support).
- Maintain medication storage areas in a safe clean and organized manner.
What Youll Bring
- High school diploma/GED and active CMT license (statespecific)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Medical/physical clearance stating you are fit to work TB test
- Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
- Empathy professionalism and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
