We are a national franchise that is new to the Richmond market and are in the process of growing our local Richmond team. We are excited to hire individuals looking to grow a company with us! We are looking for a person to fill our Creative Restoration Specialist Role (Field Technician). Both men and women make great Surface Experts techs but there are a few requirements that help us determine whether someone will have the skill set to be able to learn quickly.

Requirements:
- Experience of working with your hands whether thats in construction manufacturing bartending cosmetology or even a hobby.
- Having experience working in facilities maintenance can be very helpful.
- Clean driving record
- It is helpful but not necessary to have creative background or an eye for detail. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.
- Interested in growing with a new business and possibly grow into a leadership role.
- The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment.

- Willing to learn and be curious.
- Commitment to meet project timelines.
- Customer service experience.

Compensation: $19 - $23.00 per hour plus bonuses/commission
