AmLaw 100 Firm Tax Associate (46 Years)
An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a Tax Associate to join its Global Tax Services team in Charlotte.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced associate to work on high-level transactional tax matters including private equity deals M&A and complex corporate transactions.
What Youll Be Doing
- Advising on tax aspects of mergers acquisitions and divestitures
- Supporting private equity transactions and investments
- Working on joint ventures and corporate structuring matters
- Assisting with fund formations and related transactions
- Collaborating closely with corporate deal teams
What Theyre Looking For
- 46 years of transactional tax experience
- Experience with private equity and M&A transactions
- Fund formation experience is a plus
- Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
