AmLaw 100 Firm Tax Associate (46 Years)

An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a Tax Associate to join its Global Tax Services team in Charlotte.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced associate to work on high-level transactional tax matters including private equity deals M&A and complex corporate transactions.

What Youll Be Doing

Advising on tax aspects of mergers acquisitions and divestitures
Supporting private equity transactions and investments
Working on joint ventures and corporate structuring matters
Assisting with fund formations and related transactions
Collaborating closely with corporate deal teams

What Theyre Looking For

46 years of transactional tax experience
Experience with private equity and M&A transactions
Fund formation experience is a plus
Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
