- High level of attention to detail and pride in producing clean highquality finished work
- Physical dexterity ability to work in tight spaces (floors tubs cabinets) with precision and control
- Interest in developing colormatching skills (mixing and matching color texture and sheen)
- Strong problemsolving ability evaluate surface material and damage to determine the best solution
- In the Field Daily: Check in at the office each morning then complete 4 creative repairs per day in the field
- Detail-oriented finish work / craftsmanship role
- Perform precision surface repairs on cabinetry countertops tubs flooring and more
- A skilled hands-on role with opportunities for advancement based on performance and quality of work
- Painting or finish work
- Cosmetology makeup artistry nail technology esthetics
