Enterprise Job Description:
Accountable for design analysis execution and/or ongoing sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments (i.e. Retail Preferred & Small Business). Provides support to senior team leader and partners with product(s) and channel(s) teams to drive execution and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals. Accountable for initiative support coordination robust analysis and communications. Responsible for design and implementation of Consumer Segment tools reports and processes that improve business performance through leader and associate productivity. Primary scope is reporting focused on solutions for Consumer strategy regulatory responses client experience associate experience and platform (people process tech) capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

5 years in role accountable for reporting and/or data analysis

Ability to use SQL to find and deliver data from various databases and platforms.

Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate influence and collaborate with leaders and partners

Able to network and build and foster productive relationships with our line of business partners and other subject matter experts across the greater organization.

Self-motivated self-directed and organized; ability to manage priorities and changes without sacrificing quality or timelines

Ability to understand complex data requests and distil into an executable process.

Strong thought leadership detail oriented independent and strategic thinker with highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills including awareness of data inaccuracies and solution-focused problem solving.

Demonstrate strategic thinking skills and understanding of business regulations policies and risk as it pertains to development and design.

Aptitude for learning new skills tools and processes to develop self and collaborate with broader team.

Ability to gather information to create requirements interpret business needs against data availability and document process and handle management of intakes

Desired Qualifications:

Experience working with Excel (PQ PowerPivot Advanced Formulas) Hadoop Teradata TOAD

Familiarity with internal data sources including MIDAS W SDP CMC OBI

Report development experience; Microstrategy expertise preferred

Alteryx experience preferred

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$73200.00 - $116900.00 annualized salary offers to be determined based on experience education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
