• Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency in administrative tasks.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of classes events and staff assignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and participants addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff members to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory and supplies placing orders as necessary to support operations.
• Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to attendance finances and staff performance.
• Support marketing initiatives to promote programs and increase community engagement.
• Manage vending operations.

• Proven experience in office administration or supervisory roles preferably in a recreational or educational setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and families.
• Ability to lead a team with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.
• High school diploma required
• Flexible schedule with availability during evenings and weekends.
• Passion for working with children and creating a fun supportive environment.
• Relaible transportation.
• Transporting from location to location.

About Us

Lil Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old. Weekly classes are packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches with a passion for kids. We focus on helping children build strong physical intellectual and emotional skills using the game of soccer. With more than 100 locations across the U.S. and Canada Lil Kickers has been a source of fun and individual growth for more thanparticipants over the past 20 years.
