Resident Care Assistant | Part-Time | 630am-300pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
• Support Mealtime Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
• Keep Things Moving Support mobility including turning positioning and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks Measure and record vital signs weight and intake/output.
• Maintain Comfort & Care Keep rooms tidy cozy and well-stocked with essentials.
• Provide Responsive Support Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
• Monitor with Watchful Eyes Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
• Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a direct caregiving role preferred but not required.
• Must be able to safely lift push pull and carry up to a minimum of 35 lbs.
• Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system preferred.
