Intern Animator
Job Summary
About the Role
As an Intern Animator you will work closely with experienced animators to create and refine animations that bring our games to life. Youll collaborate with Animation Leads Technical Animators Designers and Artists to support the development of high-quality character object and environmental animations.
You will participate in animation reviews contribute to feedback discussions and help ensure animations align with the games overall style and direction. Along the way youll build your skills gain hands-on experience in a production environment and develop a strong foundation in professional game animation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D animations for game characters objects and environments
- Collaborate with the Animation Lead to ensure alignment with the games visual style and direction
- Continuously develop skills through collaboration with the Animation team
- Participate in animation reviews and team discussions
- Work closely with Technical Animators Character Artists and Designers
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Animation Game Design or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D animation skills including character animation
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software such as Maya
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for video games and animation
- Bonus points: Experience with Unreal Engine (Not a requirement)
