What you will be doing:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic options with consistency and attention to detail
• Provide warm personalized service to guests in cabanas and poolside areas
• Anticipate guest preferences and make recommendations based on menu knowledge
• Maintain cleanliness organization and presentation of the bar area to luxury standards
• Ensure proper setup stocking and replenishment of bar inventory throughout the shift
• Follow all liquor laws health and safety standards
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems standards
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails wine and spirits
• Passion for mixology and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid ProServe certification required
• Flexible availability including weekends holidays and seasonal operations
