What you will be doing:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic options with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide warm personalized service to guests in cabanas and poolside areas
- Anticipate guest preferences and make recommendations based on menu knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness organization and presentation of the bar area to luxury standards
- Ensure proper setup stocking and replenishment of bar inventory throughout the shift
- Follow all liquor laws health and safety standards
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems standards
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails wine and spirits
- Passion for mixology and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid ProServe certification required
- Flexible availability including weekends holidays and seasonal operations
