Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a licensed 310T mechanic.
The ideal candidate will have good hydraulics experience and can join our crane technician maintenance and repair team.
We are preferring someone within 1 hour drive from East Toronto (Oshawa Whitby Ajax Pickering Markham are ideal).
The perfect candidate has boom truck crane experience and can sign off on the repairs done to the trucks
also completing minor-intermediate maintenance on a variety of crane sizes from 0-500 tonnes.
There is no major overhaul work done in the shop
ideally the hired person will be capable with hydraulic systems and maintaining/repairing pumps lines hoses as well as the brakes electrical system
and other components.
Generally you will work a 40 hour week day shift Mon-Fri (day shift with overtime available).
Its a good fit for someone interested in working for a small to mid sized company along 2 other technicians.
Pay will be fair market rate relevant to credentials/experience. Benefits also available.

Requirements
-310T certified
-Minor to intermediate maintenance and repair experience with cranes between 0 and 500 tonnes is preferred
-Good experience with hydraulics-pumps lines hoses is ideal
-Truckmounted equipment or boom truck crane experience a major asset
-Manitowoc or Grove brand experience beneficial
-Experience with Freightliner and Detroit Diesel truck equipment is valuable
-Self starter who can work independently with limited supervision
-Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
