Job Summary
MULTIFAMILY SUPERINTENDENT -Tampa Florida
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are helping a successful GC who is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee the construction of mid to large-scale new multifamily residential projects in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction operations leading crews and ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and to the highest quality standards.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $120000 - $165000

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 years of direct experience as a Superintendent on mid to large-scale new multifamily construction projects
- History of building garden-style mid-rise or podium-style multifamily projects from start to finish
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling budgeting and project controls
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- OSHA certification (30-hour preferred)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations and site management
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
- Monitor project schedules budgets and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed documentation
- Communicate progress updates to project management and ownership
- Problem-solve issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain a safe and professional job site environment
