Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day beverage operation of the Indoor and Outdoor Pool and lounge areas and the assigned food and beverage outlets.
Provides direction to the pool management staff and ensures that all Pool activities and job duties are performed according to established company and departmental policy and procedures
Ensures that all aspect of the assigned outlet contributes to 100% guest satisfaction. Ensures that food is prepared and served according to the desired portions and quality specifications. Advises customer on selection of food and beverage items
Collaborates with Sales Food &Beverage and Catering to ensure flawless execution for all events.
Responsible for the supervision of all staff. Ensures proper staffing and service levels are maintained
Responsible for Board of Health standards cleanliness organization exceptional guest service and safe conditions
Ensures staff behavior service provided to guests and appearance follow established policy.
Starting Rate $60000.00 - $70000.00
Responsibilities
Responsible for training developing mentoring and evaluating job performance of staff.
Maintain an appropriate individual training program with all staff members ensuring a personalized interaction with each staff member to provide legendary leadership and Family Style Service.
Ensures all disciplinary actions and performance reviews are completed and handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensures that customer problems/complaints are handled in an effective courteous manner.
Keeps direct reports well informed and meets with each of them on a weekly basis.
Works with outside vendor relationships including but not limited to promoters beverage partners 3rd party mechanics/technicians menu companies chemical companies etc.
Ensures all onboarding processes are handled and completed in a timely manner
Communicates with Director of Food & Beverage and remains in alignment with the overall food & beverage strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in a high-volume multi-faceted hospitality operation or hotel/country club pool.
Red Cross Certified in CPR and First Aid POM Pool Director Certified.
Excellent leadership time management interpersonal oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task as well as manage multi-faceted projects to successful conclusion
- Ability to bend stoop twist reach and kneel repetitively
- Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
- Ability to work hot and nosy environment
CER License is Required
